What We Do

Currently, Sonal is the exclusive export distributor for several North American manufacturers in the Oilfield industry. With the expertise and knowledge gained over the past several years in dealing with bureaucracy and red tape in India, we are well suited to provide professional services and the necessary support to your organization in handling export and turnkey projects.

 Our working methodology to handle inquiries from ONGC, Oil India Limited and other private organizations:

• Sonal will purchase all tender documents
• Prepare and submit all quotations to various customers through Six different Associates in Mumbai, Baroda, New Delhi, Dehradun, Duliajan & Sivasagar.
• Submit Bid Bond and Performance Bond as appropriate.
• Prepare comparative statement of prices submitted by various bidders and send copy to manufacturers / suppliers.
• Have follow-up discussion with manufacturers to review comparative statements and decide future line of action.
• Handel all formalities such as letters of credit, export documents, and shipment of goods.
• Sonal will bear all costs associated with L/C (Letter of Credit).
